Thank you for shopping at Serelva. We stand behind the quality of our vintage-inspired jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we’ll make it right:
1️⃣ Eligibility for Returns
• Timeframe: You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• ⚠️ Hygiene Note: For earrings, unsealed items cannot be returned.
• 🎁 Gift Items: Any free gifts received must also be returned unused.

3️⃣ How to Return
1. Contact Us
• Email serelvaus@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (for defects) or 30 days (for other returns).
• Include your order number and photos/videos of the issue (if applicable).
2. Get Approval
• We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Ship It Back
• Send the item to:

• 📦 Tracking Required: No refunds for lost packages.
4️⃣ Refund Processing
• Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
• Store credit is available upon request.
5️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
• ❌ Custom or personalized jewelry
• ❌ Final sale or discounted items (unless defective)
• ❌ Items damaged after delivery
• ❌ Earrings that have been opened/unsealed
